My arlo q plus can’t connect with my apple time capsule

As title.

I have a POE power injector, but the arlo app cannot find the arlo q plus even following each of the steps.

If I connected it with WiFi, I can use the camera, but can’t switch it to Ethernet connection. Moreover, the firmware can’t be updated even connected with WiFi.

It sounds like there could be an issue with the PoE injector.

What is the cameras LED behavior?
