My Arlo Q stuck in solid Amber light

My Arlo Q seems to be stuck in Amber light for the whole day. Tried holding on to the Sync button for about 30sec, NO blinking blue light. I had not issues with my arlo until yesterday, first time its stuck in amber for more then half a day. Help Pls !

If unplugging doesn't help, open a case with support:

power down, wait 5 secs, repower.

hold in reset for 10 secs and see if led flashes.
