Moving camera to new location

We moved our store location, so I removed the Arlo Q Plus camera from one spot (from the app), then at the new spot, in the app I try to add a new camera, and it's not found. I've tried ethernet POS, ethernet, and wifi. The light on the camera was amber, but now it's blue. Is there some way I'm supposed to do a hardware reset the camera? It seems like it's not available as a new camera. We have other new Arlos at the store so everything is fine with my wifi. It's just the old one isn't available as a new camera.

How is the Q connected - using the Ethernet connection or WiFi? If Ethernet, it should just automatically work but if the WiFi SSID and/or password has changed you need to change the network in the camera settings.
