One of my 3 cameras captures video based on motion, but when I view the recording all I get is the sound (like a door closing, or footsteps, or talking). The video only shows a static image instead of capturing the motion. This happens about 75% of the time.
I've reset the camera numerous times and the signal is strong. Any ideas what's happening and how to fix it?

What happens if you reposition the camera, perhaps closer to the router? You could also swap cameras to see if it's the camera or location.

It's only about 15 ft away, through 1 wall. Of the 3 cameras, it's the closest one. And it has a full strong signal.

Still worth a try.
