My Arlo Q Plus cameras are installed in my office using the Geo-fencing mode and with a CVR subscription as a more detailed backup.

 

It appears that all my 'motion detection files - or whatever you refer to them as' have been cleared from the library. Was still able to access some files up to 16 June from the installed SD card  but nothing later. CVR still can be reviewed but is tedious to get small clips.

 

Anyone know what may have occurred or how to get the files in the library back?

Have you tried both the app and a browser? Is a filter set in the library? Does anyone else have access to your account? In the CVR timeline are there the bars showing what should have been a recorded event? Is the appropriate mode selected?

 

It may be worth resetting one camera and start fresh to see if that fixes the problem.
