How do I assign a fixed IP address to the cameras without having to deal with my DHCP server? Is there a management address that I can log into and change the camera's IP?

No. You can assign the address via DHCP but that's it.

Why couldn’t you just set up a reservation on your DHCP server so you can ensure the DHCP server always assignes the address you want?

That's what I was suggesting, just in different words. However, some folks want to set it in the base itself, which isn't going to be allowed since the access could somehow be used to otherwise hack the system.
