How do I download video clips in my Arlo account?

I am trying to down load a video clip. It starts to download and then on top it says user denied and nothing is downloaded

It sounds like your using IOS ...you have to grant the app permission to access your gallery so it can download

Trying to download recorded clips. I saw in the forum you have to give the app access to the gallery but I can't figure out how to do that. I have an iPhone.

Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Photos and make sure the Arlo app is toggled to allow access.
