The Q is for indoors and has no base. It has to be powered via the supplied USB charger or PoE. It can connect via WiFi or Ethernet.
The Pro series require the use of a base. They can run from a mix of battery and/or the USB charger. They are weather resistant so can be used outdoors although you would need the outdoor power supply to use it there.
Both are 1080p-capable. Motion detection is similar but different with the Q using pixel detection and the Pro 2 uses PIRs to initially detect and then can also use pixel detection for zones.
