Connecting Arlo Q To My iPhone

I am having difficulty adding the Arlo Q device to my iphone. After it makes the chime noise, it cannot discover my phone and pair to it. The device is already connected to another username/account on another phone so I'm not sure if that is why it wont connect to my phone and username? Can anyone help me with this problem?

Once in someone's account you can't also claim it. They need to use Settings, Grant Access to your eail address for you to see it.
