Camera not detecting sound

The Q did not detect or record the sound of a loud mower outside the window! I heard noise at 8.04, no detection from the camera since 4am. All on, armed to record and alert and no other sign of a problem. How is this happening?

Have you adjust the sense level of the noise trigger...after all it was outside the window so you prob have to raise it
