Arloq plus connected (blue led) but status offline and unavailable from mobile

Hi

I've setup Arloq Plus and all was working fine - for a day. Last recording of camera was day ago 8pm and since then have ongoing issues to get it working.

 

Firstly, every time after camera has booted up it is blinking blue/amber as it would be upgrading the firmware. (I've clicked on firmware upgrade right after registering). I've removed it from the account, resetted it (paper clip), added to the account again - not helping.

 

Via the web:

- camera is showing live video just fine

- is not recording anything.

- under Mode -> My Devices is showing status offline

 

Via the mobile:

- Mode: offline

- Devices: getting status

- Library: playing past day's recordings ok.

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the camera until the LED starts flashing amber. Resync. If still the same problem or if now not able to sync, open a case with support here.
