the first day we were able to see the camera from 3 phones. all working perfectly. next day we could not get it to connect to wifi at all. i have tried to reset it a number of times. i have tried to use an ethernet cable but it doesnt even power it up let alone connect it.. I have tried everything..

When you say you tried resetting it, do you mean you factory reset the camera (using the reset button)? If so, you will also need to remove the device from your account and go back through setup, adding the camera again.
What LED behavior are you seeing on the camera now?
