Arlo Q+ won't sync

It tried to install my first Arlo cam, followed all the steps but couldn't go further then the orange light, I tried to sync several times but it never blinked blue, I moved the cam close to the Wi-Fi box (b-box3 from Proximus) but it didn't helped. I tried to the reset cam, but even after 60 sec the cam didn't react. The light stays orange and that's it. Can someone help me ? Maybe it's my box or my phone that cannot connect to the cam, but I can't find any specifications about how those should be set up...
