Arlo Q plus poe offline

Hi. All my 4 devices suddenly at offline, no light on the cameras. Internet and POE is working, but not the camera. They are even on different network, so it’s not the network which is wrong. I have restarted camera, and POE switch. But the cameras seems dead. Is it at central problem at Arlo which I don’t know about?

I tried to use ordinary power cable which follow the camera. Then it’s working. It seems for me that all the camera don’t receive/working with POE. Is it some firmware which need update/fix?
