Arlo Q/Q Plus "Your device is not connected" error

I have 1 arlo q and arlo q plus connected to the same account in two different houses.

They worked fine for a long time, until this morning, around 11:30 a.m. (HKT), the last video record time in the library .

 

They are all disconnected somehow.

 

Displaying the message:

Your device is not connected
Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection.
 
Sometimes, after refresh, it will be: 
There was a problem establishing a connection to the media server
 
May I check out for what happened?
If it happened in 2 different home network, even 2 different ISP, I believe it is something related to Arlo server?
Away from home now...can't reboot offline or reset

This could be a display issue. Consider viewing from a different devices to see if you get the same results (mobile app or web client on a PC).

 

Do you still see the same behavior?
