All of my video is purple - day and night. I had taken this out of service because I didnt need it any more, and now I have started using it again and all is purple.
Closed threads about this, but no one said how to get in touch with NetGear for replacement. Is that the only option?

The only way to get a replacement is by opening a case with support here, just as stated in those other threads. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page.
