I just bought an Arlo Q Plus icamera for my mother-in-law's house and is hooked up by connecting with ethernet cable to my router and I know how to use this camera proficiently because I already have an Arlo Q (on another account) for my house but that camera is wireless but virtually the same in every other way.
My PROBLEM is that it DOES NOT GO INTO LIVE MODE...when I hit the LIVE button, it just keeps saying, "PLEASE WAIT" and never does go to LIVE MODE. It does record all movements when I go back and check but can't get it to go to LIVE MODE which is the reason I bought it so I can MONITOR and TALK TO MY Mother-in-Law who has Alzheimer's Disease to TALK and SEE HER in LIVE MODE. I bought the 14-Day 14/7 Continuous Video Recording (CVR).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You! Kathy
