Arlo Q Plus stuck with solid amber light

I have a problem with setting up my Arlo Q Plus camera since I changed internet provider and tried to reconnect it to the wifi (before that it was working ok).
Although the signal of the wifi was quite good the camera did not connect. I tried different troubleshooting options that I read on the Arlo community, like e.g. holding 10 secs the reset button to reset etc.
However, the camera got stuck and now it has the amber light steadily on. It does not blink even if I try to reset or click the sync button. I don't know how to progress further.
I read some other threads in the forum and it seems that there is no solution. Most sadly I contacted customer support (2 cases opened in the last week), but I have received no response rather than the automatic confirmation...
Any help?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
