Can the Micro SD card be accesed remotely from the app or a web browser for viewing of recorded clips without removing it from the camera and can the SD card be programmed to record continuously or only when there's a motion/sound alert?

No and no. The SD card must be removed and viewed on a computer. And the card only records what is sent to the cloud.
