Arlo Q Plus 7 day cloud storage no longer working

I only just noticed that the 7 day cloud storage is no longer working on my Arlo Q Plus. I tried searching around and it looks like Arlo are still offering this on the Q plus. I tried the usual restarting and deleting and re adding the cameras but no help. Do I need to configure something to get this working again? I tried support but not available for this camera.

Have you double checked your modes/rules are set appropriately?

Hi Shane thank you. I didn't notice the settings in "modes" and when I re entered those settings it started working. Thank you 😊
