I have 5 Arlo Q cameras and have subscribed to and paid for the 14 days of CVR plan for all 5 cameras. I use them for survelliance so using the motion/audio feature is not an option as there is constant motion/noise.

1. Where can I view the CVR footage (it is NOT showing up in the library tab - only motion/audio footage from when cameras are "armed" shows up here)

2. How can I "save" a clip of footage needed for longer than 14 days?

Thank you in advance.

CVR isn't in the library, as you found. Use the 3 dots at the bottom of the camera view on the Devices tan and choose Timeline.

If you need to save a segment, you need to record the screen during review using 3rd party screen capyure software. With the right video card and Windows 10, you can use W10 to capture the video:

My laptop has an older video chip so doesn't support this but new computers may. If not, search for screen capture software for your OS.

Thank you for your help Guru - Where can I access the timeline on a desktop computer?? I can only find it in the app on the phone and the video won't load. It keeps skiping back to live everytime I try to go back in the date.  I have had so much trouble with these already after investing in 5 cameras and the subscription plan - the service and features are not as advertized and certainly not user freindly or clear. I consider myself pretty savvy and it's been a chore. I need to save something before it is erased (which will be in an hour and a half) and of course it's not working. Any asap help would be much appreciated thank you!!!

On the web interface, the timeline is accessed by clicking on the "clock" icon displayed with the camera in the Devices tab.

If there is no video recorded for any reason at the time you select, the view will always jump to the live view. If you were watching an earlier recorded period and the timeline becomes blank due to no recording, either the streaming stops or it jumps to the next segment (I forget - I've removed the camera I was using for CVR so can't check).
