Can you provide more information on the issue you are experiencing? Are you referring to a firmware update?

New installation- system says it needs a firmware upgrade for base station and cameras but when I execute that it comes back as 'failed' and asks me to try again - which I have many times with no success! Help thanks!

The usual fixes are:

1) Let the system run overnight for the automatic updates to occur.

2) Reset the system by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh.  Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.  The system should prompt you to update the firmware.

Some folks with slow Internet access have had to move their systems to another location with faster connections to get the update to occur.  What are your speeds as determine by speedtest.net?

Seriously with the low internet speeds? Is that really a Thing with no fix?
