unable to view live feed

Hello, so I can see the live feed from the app and from my laptop but not from work on my work computer. Is there certain requirements I need to have?

If its workin at home but not at work, you may have to talk to your work IT guy to open ports or let Arlo in

ports 443 and 80 , IIRR
