I contacted the previouse owner and she was unable to remove from her settings the cameras I purchased from her.

How can I go about removing these cameras from her Arlo profile. Can Arlo reach out to her and remove cameras. Please let me know if this is possible and the steps I would have to take to complete my enrollment. Thank you for your help
