today no recordings and no base station

hello. just today there are no recordings in my arlo library. also i cannot see the base station in my device list so you could not turn the alarm on. however i can get a live view on my cameras. all the lights are on green on the base station. any ideas what to do. i cannto go around re connecting all my cameras again so i dont want to do anything to disconnect the cameras if they are still connected. tried calling tech support there is a long line of people on hold ahead of me. any ideas what is going on?

solved! finally got to customer tech support after 1 hour on hold. they had me just unlplug and plug the base back in and then it worked again. supposedly something with the internet.
