still cant sign in

Please tell me the exact steps to reboot...the one where we unplug power cords etc...we still cannot even sign in..have cleared cache..what now? been all day since the outage overnight

Mine has been out all day. I was told there was a several outage.

The clearing of the cache was for when you were trying to log into your account on your PC. There were some instructions in this thread from JamesC on how to delete your Arlo cookies. I simply cleared my browsing history in Chrome.

On the iPhone app I noticed that the cameras and original base were offline while my Pro base was unaffected. I unplugged the power cord from the original base station and left it unplugged for one minute. I then plugged it back in and let the base reboot for a couple of minutes then everything was ok.

There also was and android app update last night. If you are using an Android device, be sure to update the app.

For those experiencing an issue logging in, if using google Chrome try pasting this in your url bar and then click "Remove All":

 

chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=arlo.netgear.com

 

If using Firefox, follow the instructions listed here: How to clear the Firefox cache

 

If using the mobile app, check the app store and be sure you have the latest version available downloaded and installed.

 

You should then be able to log in.
