I would like to speak with a representative. Does anyone know where to find the phone number?

You need a subscription to get phone support.  Then you use the subscription area in the app.

 

Googling for a phone number generally leads to a scam support site.

i can not get my camera to charge any more.  it started with one and now it is 2

I tried to activate my 3 month free trial, but got charged 12.99 for a monthly plan by mistake.

Not only that, it processed it 3 times on my credit card.

How can I get my refund and just use the free trial?

If you can't help me with my refund, I will just take all 8 of the cameras back to Sam's club.

Contact support using the the support area of the app.

Googling for a phone number almost always leads to a scam support site, so don't do that.
