also,, since we hooked up the arlo pro, the regular arlo camera night vision does not work. we were told they were compatible.. are they?

Take the cable off the panel and camera and let things dry out. Then take great pains to reconnect, ensuring that both ends are fully and properly seated which can be a real pain.

All wireless cameras are compatible with all bases. Make sure Night Vision is enabled in the camera's settings. You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My evices and resync.
