one camera will not sync with base

Setting up for the first time.  Cannot get one of the 3 cameras to sync with the power main station.  Any suggestions?  Tried the extra battery and didn't make a difference.

Remove and replace the battery to reset the camera.

Then try and do the sync while the camera is attached to the charger.
