Did arlo stop sending text message alerts

Maybe depends where you are, but not in NY.

 

I would check the phone app and make sure the alerts are set on...

If ng and all looks good, simple fixes would be 1) reboot base with power button 2) reboot phone 3) delete and re install the app.
