No transmission of camera videos: base station offline

message: base station is offline. but the three LED on the base station are green, which means power is on, Internet is ok and connection to cameras is ok.

I tried everything except a reset. what could the problem be?

thanks for your advice.

I finally had to deinstall all equipment and redo the installation process. Now its working again.

Are you getting recordings? Have you rebooted the base? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client?
