model # is VMC4939. Have 3 cameras and a base station.

System worked fine at old residence but haven't been able to get it working at new residence where I recently moved. Power and internet lights on base station are green which supposedly means the base station has power and is connected to the internet. The camera light on the base station is amber which supposedly means that the camera and base station are not communicating. When camera turned on, blue light blinks which supposedly means that the camera batteries are charged. When I go into my Arlo account, it indicates that all cameras and base station are without power and not connected to the internet. Tried to sync cameras with base station, tried resetting base station to original factory settings and all troubleshooting steps in manual. nothing worked. Need help.

When you do that you need to remove the base station and cameras from the account and add them back again.

 

Did you do that?
