lost access to shared dashboard

Anyone loose access to shared dashboard cameras? My Mom's Arlo app updated with the new Arlo Experience version, mine has not. I can no longer see my Mom's cameras on my Arlo app because of this update.

You'll need to migrate your app to the new experience.  You do that by starting to add an Pro 5s to your camera.  Note you don't need to have the camera.  You can't complete the process, but the workflow will migrate your account before you get stuck.
