i can't watch arlo pro from more than one device

When I logon via my phone, i automatically get logged off of my computer.

Proper and normal action.  Only one device at a time can connect using the master account.

If you really need both devices to view at the same time, use Settings, Grant Access to a different email address.  Select the cameras and add privileges as desired.  Once the invitation email instructions have been followed, you can use the master account on one device and the guest account on the other.
