charged the batteries and still can not sync

i have charged the batteries and still can not sync them. i have over $400 for 2 paper weights. i want to talk to some person, not type/text/email.

You sure did I made the mistake also. I had 5 cameras only have 2 left that work. I sent one to repair they lost it and they admitted they lost it.That has been 2 yrs ago. Now I have 2 more that don't . I will not send anymore in they just refurbish them and sell them again.Frank Silva
