cant connect via laptop using chrome

Everything has worked fine until a little while ago. when i try to view my cameras using my laptop running chrome, all i get is just now status. works fine on my iphone and if i use ms edge. any help?

I had that a few weeks ago but they fixed it recently. I wonder if there's a chrome update or something on the server end

What happens if you restart the base as well as logging out in Chrome and back in?
