I have Arlo app on 2 android phones: galaxy7 and Galaxy9. Both were connected to the Pro base station and to 2 cameras. The Arlo app on the galaxy9 no longer connected to the base station, the app on the galaxy7 works perfectly. I removed the arlo app on the galaxy9 and reinstalled it. Logged into it with my account i granted access to, it prompts me to add a device. I click OK, and I get a window tat says "looking for your arlo device, the pointer keeps spinning, says give us a minute to to search for available base stations and never finds it, keeps spinning. Both phones galaxy 7 and 9 are connected to the same wifi network. The base station version is V2.1.8.1_28070.
What is the problem?

When you granted yourself access you also had to choose the cameras to share. When logging into the account that was granted access you can't add the system - it's already set up on the primary/first account. You just log in and see the cameras.
