cameras only show a small area

These cameras are no good.  My neighbor took a golf club and beat my dog. If I could see my camera should have been able to see....  but no so its my word against his.

 

These cameras only show a small area and not good either.  I tried to contact Arlo support and nope not a person the arlo chat is just a bot. How can we get anything accomplished if we are really just talking to a generated message.  That does not solve anything and I still yet have not been able to contact anyone for arlo.

 

I bought 6 cameras that are about to be trashed.

You need to be a subscription customer or still under trial subscription to qualify for phone support.
