camera not working

just bought 4 cameras and after hooking up 3 of them, the 4th one would not sink.  light keeps blinking orange. i have tried charging it. still not working.  since it never worked, where can i return it?  i bought it at best buy. the cameras are in our vacation home elsewhere so i dont have packaging.  just receipt.  thanks.

At least your operating status is "75%." I bought a kit of two and one isn't working! I'll watch for responses to your query...

Go int the app and delete the camera and re-add it. If that doesn't work, turn the power off to the base station for about a minute and power it back up again.

What is the LED behavior on both the base station and the camera after pressing (and releasing, don't hold for more than a second) the sync button?

Shutting down the base station and re-starting allowed me to sync both of my cameras, not just the one,

 

I was hesitant to do that, at first, for fear of losing the working one too, but, vola, it worked!
