I sent message to support because camera doesn't notify until a person is 8 ft from camera and I have not received a response. Does anyone else have that problem? I do not want to keep camera if that is the case.

Is your motion sensitivity set to 100?

Do you have the camera positioned in such a way that the person isn't walking towards or away from the camera but moving from one side to another?
