buffering on video playback

Anyone having issues with the new app that was released 12/1/22? We have a live video feed, but every time we try to playback a video, it continues to buffer and nothing plays.

What happens if you try playback on a computer browser pointed to my.arlo.com? Have you rebooted the phone(s) and reinstalled the app?
