Battery shows it's dead but is not

removed the camera from devices on the base, have removed the battery, and reinstalled it, have hit the reset button on the back, and the camera still states battery needs to be changed. running out of options here. anyone got any ideas? HW Version H8,Firmware 1.092.0.23_32920

Have you tried recharging the battery?

Have you tried to remove the camera from settings > my devices & resync it to your base station?

i have and after serveral attempts it finally pick the camera back up. I had already tried all the things i listed in the first message including this one, but no go, then today it finally picked up on the camera...thanks yall
