The yellow cover of the Lan socket on my device was lost due to moving, so the Lan cable cannot be inserted into the base station. Where can I get it ?

There is no "cover".  I think you mean that the socket itself became detached from the base?

 

If so, you'll need to find an electronics repair shop (perhaps a PC repair shop), and see if they can fix it.
