audio sensitivity problem

On the verge of returning my Arlo Pro set to Costco.  The outside camera is picking up sound and sending constant alerts to our phones.  Have created a Mode for it, turning audio setting back to 1.  Next, I set the mode saying to record a video but not to send notifications when audio is detected.  This is not working, and I have had to disarm the system.  Any ideas?

Why not just edit your modes and turn off audio detection? I have trains in my backyard and audio detection would be useless.

 

As for the notifiction issue, maybe screenshots of how th emode is set up would help.

When you edited the rule in your custom recording mode, you turned off the audio detection but did you ensure you pressed SAVE?
