attempting to set up unit. When I plug the base unit in, all lights turn green for a second, then the power light turns yellow, and stays yellow. The internet light is not on at all, and the camera light is green. I have tried plugging it into different ports on the rounter, resetting it, and turning power on and off, and get these same results each time.

If the power LED is anything but green after a couple of minutes, either the power supply or base is bad. Swap at the store or open a case with support. You can try a factory reset by holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber but I'm guessing it won't help.
