arlo pro no lights showing on camera

cameras are charged and on but no lights are showing blue blinks rapidly when charging so i know the light is working then

Not exactly sure about what you are asking, but there is no "pilot" light on Arlo Pro cameras. The light is for specific conditions only, as described n this link.

When charging to only time the blue LED should come on is when the battery is fully charged and then only if enabled in Settings, My Devices, your camera, Camera LED.

 

You may need to remove the camera and resync it.
