arlo pro no devices show up on the app

I was having trouble when I added a second camera. So I removed both cameras on the app and re-synced them. But now no devices show up on the app. Both cameras seemed to sync but then I have no devices on the app or videos. What am I doing wrong?

Reinstall the app. Try a browser. Power cycle the base. Worst case a reset may be needed.

Full directions are in the FAQs here.  Basically, remove all devices found in Settings, My Devices and start fresh.  Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras like you did initially.
