arlo pro cannot change recording length

i cant get my arlo cameras to record anything longer than 10 seconds.  ive tried everything in this forum and nothing works.  it will let me drag the slider and hit save but once i go back to it, its not saved?

What client are you using that is behaving this way? (Android, iOS, web)?

Do you see the same behavior if you try using a different client?

The Android and iOS apps have received updates, are you using the latest version? Do you still see the same issue?
