i can't access to the screen it is always said that the station is out and please check if there is internet  and electricity.
There are but it's doesnot work

What LED lights are showing on your Arlo Pro Base Station?

Yes, i have the same issue, today my Arlo Pro base station went offline and the internet led is OFF. Server Issue?

Hey @idark77,

 

If you Arlo Pro Base Station Internet LED is off, then you might want to check if your internet/router is working properly. You can read here more of what the LED means: What do the LEDs on my Arlo or Arlo Pro base station mean?

Hey @JessicaP,

I think you had a server issue during last week ( Friday ) because my  internet/router was working properly and also all my other devices were working flawless. So I think that the problem was in the Netgear side.

After 12 hours I didn't change anything and It worked again ( all 3 Leds green ).
