arlo pro base not working

i just bought a ARLO PRO (VMB4000 - (not a VMB3000 as indicated in the model field, there was no 4000 model to chose from)).  It worked for about 3 days, but now the base isnt turning on at all.  ive replaced the electrical cord (just in case it was the cord) but that hasnt worked either. 

How do i get the base to work again, or is it defective??

what are the leds showing on the front ?

they are not turning on - nothing is working.

If you have no LEDs lighting on the base you have a hardware problem.  Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
